Evaluation

Evaluation is the systematic use of applied research procedures to collect information about activities, characteristics, and outcomes. Organizations use evaluation to strengthen programs or institutions, measure efficiency, or increase understanding about factors underlying public problems. CSI's knowledge and flexibility permits the design and conduct of evaluations that meets the needs of our clients, whether for a small program or a large system.
