Even as CSI invests in a transformation of the entire Concept System® software to a web interface, we are pleased to announce new features, upgrades, and performance improvements to the existing CS Global© website for data collection. These improvements make data collection for project administrators easier, and improve the participants' experience. These changes were implemented on Monday, December 12, 2011, and took effect automatically.
One new feature on the Brainstorming Statements screen allows project administrators and participants the ability to search for keywords within the statement list. This will help participants determine if their idea is already in the statement list prior to submitting it, and will help project administrators remove duplicate statements. Statements manually sorted by a participant offline can now be entered by statement number by the project administrator. This will significantly reduce the amount of time it takes for the administrator to enter manual sort data into the CS Global© website. Another new feature allows statements to be sorted into a pile prior to the naming of that pile, and participants can still name or change the name of their sort pile at any time during the sorting activity. Now upon completion of Sorting or Rating, participants will also see a page thanking them for their participation.
