You reach the Enter/Edit User Data menu from The Concept System Core Program Main Screen by selecting the Admin-->Manage-->Enter/Edit User Data menu.

This is the screen that enables you to see all current users in your project, select any user, select which data you wish to enter or edit (user contact information, user demographics, sorting or rating), check sorts or ratings as complete, and view how many statements have not been sorted or rated for each user.

By scrolling through the list of users you can quickly assess the status of their sort and rating data and, from this screen, can quickly inspect or edit the data itself.

If a user has not been assigned to sort, the sort information will not be enabled. If a user has not been assigned any ratings the rating information will be disabled. If the user has been assigned to rate, the list of assigned ratings will be shown in the rating list box. Clicking on the name of a rating will show the current status of that rating and enable you to edit the data.
