Before rating data can be used in drawing maps, etc., it needs to be completed. Only and Administrator can complete or uncomplete a rating. Each rating a user does must be reviewed and checked as completed before it can be used in map or match analyses.
The reason for the complete rating function is that the Administrator needs to review rating data to be sure the user actually did the rating before allowing it to be used in the maps or matches.
To complete/uncomplete a rating:
From The Concept System Core Program Main Screen select the Admin-->Manage-->Edit/Enter User Data menu
Click on the Username for the user in the list box on the left of the screen
If the User was assigned to do ratings, the rating information for that user will be active
Select the rating you want in the rating list box
Click on the Completed check box to make sure it is checked. The program will automatically take you into the rating window
Select the Rating-->Rating Completed menu
Warning: After a rating is completed, it cannot be modified unless the Administer first turns the completed rating status off.
