Before you can create a new project you must register your program and obtain an unlock code from Concept Systems Incorporated. You may obtain unlock codes for any number of projects or for a variety of time licenses. Contact Concept Systems Incorporated for information about licenses or to obtain unlock codes.

To create a new project:

1. From The Concept System Core Programs startup screen, double-click the New Project icon.

2. Enter the project information: 00000038.gif

20000001.gif Enter a Project Description (e.g., “Ideas to improve Company XYZ”). This is optional and is used primarily for reporting.

20000001.gif Click on OK. At this point the actual project database will be created. Depending on the speed of your machine, this may take a few minutes.

3. Enter user information for yourself as the administrator: 00000039.gif

20000001.gif Enter the requested information. Remember to record your password. The only information that is required is your Username and Password. You must enter the password exactly the same way in both password boxes.

20000001.gif Click on OK.

When the New Project program has completed, you can start The Concept System Core Program main program. You will see your project listed in the Select A Project box on the main logon screen. You can now log on to the project using the Username and Password you gave yourself when creating the project.

Note The default project directory was set previously when you installed the software. If you desire to change the location of your project database, use the Directories and Drives boxes to select a new location. If you want to change the location to a new directory that does not exist, you will need to use the Windows file manager to create the new directory.
